Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed September 7, 2023, Gentle Angel's Caregiving Services, llc was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite unannounced State relicensure survey completed February 9, 2023 and recited as a result of an offsite follow-up survey completed May 19, 2023.
